NitroFill Industrial Grade Generators

Our tire service nitrogen generators are merely smaller versions of our industrial generators that are in service in oil fields, military bases and other harsh environments worldwide. We are confident you will find them to be the most durable and efficient units in existence. Our exclusive 6 stage air filtration system and NitroFill Purity Controller are just two of the features that make our systems the standard by which all others are measured. All Premium Filtered NitroFill generators carry a 5 year membrane warranty and are designed for many years of service in the most demanding conditions. All of our membrane generators are capable of producing nitrogen purity in excess of 99.9% and include 80 gallon reservoir tanks. Output capacities range from 10-30 cfm.

Automatic Nitrogen Inflation

NitroFill Automatic Multiple Tire
Inflation System

NitroFill’s Patent Pending Automatic Inflator/Converter is the fastest most efficient unit on the market. Although copied by many, while we await Patent award, the NitroFill inflator is without rival. Providing simultaneous conversion of up to 6 tires with less than 60 seconds of labor time without the removal of tire valve cores, this unit is heavy duty, high volume, fully automated and accurate to within .3 psi. The NitroFill inflator is also self calibrating, self diagnostic and includes a large back-lit LCD screen. Heavy duty construction provides all weather use, integrated “roll bar” frame and heavy duty shock absorbing pneumatic tires.
 
 
 

NitroFill “Bottle Caddy” Inflation
System Package

As an alternative to generation equipment in smaller market stores, or where portability to remote locations where air and electricity are not readily available, we offer our NitroFill “Bottle” Inflator unit. This unit is completely self contained and combines our standard Automatic Tire Inflator with a specially designed bracket kit that enables the inflator to “piggy back” a standard cylinder or “bottle” of compressed nitrogen. A standard “T” bottle of nitrogen will convert approximately 40 tires (P2356016) to NitroFill using our standard conversion mode. With system adjustments up to 60 tires can be converted per bottle. Nitrogen bottles are available nationwide, typically between $10. - $20. each.
